Eating in Moderation
Why should we have to deprive ourselves of the savory foods we all know and love? Why should we limit ourselves to eating at specific times or fasting for X amount of hours? Eating in moderation is a great way to curb your hunger while still trying to loose weight! Eating in moderation means that you're eating a reasonable amount of the good foods that you enjoy, but not too much. Now, your diet shouldn't only consist of junk food. Eating a salad and grilled chicken for lunch and maybe a slice of pizza for dinner isn't so bad.
While many diets are strict on things such as low calorie, no carbs, that doesn't necessarily mean that they are the healthiest and what is going to be the best for your body. They don't take into account how many calories per day your body actually needs to sustain itself. Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers, where you account for everything you eat, tend to be a much healthier, safer way of loosing weight!
